Sales Information (Article 49)

The main characteristics of the goods for sale are expressed in the description of each product, which also reports the final sale price including taxes. The methods of payment and shipping costs are also expressed at the time of purchase. The delivery dates of the goods are subject to change as communicated.

Purchase procedure

The purchase of what has been requested will be perfected through the following phases: By sending the order, the customer transmits to MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. The sending of the purchase order implies the consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 206/05) to receive subsequent communications from MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL confirms receipt of the order sent by the customer with an e-mail message. If you want to cancel the order, before it is verified, the customer must immediately communicate it by sending an e-mail message to info@hotracetyres.com . There may be a variation in the prices of the products on sale based on the taxation and market applied by the country of reference.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) in Articles 128-135 provides for the obligation for MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL to guarantee consumers the conformity of the purchased good with the characteristics and qualities offered. MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL is therefore responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods for all products sold in its shop.

Consumer rights

In case of lack of conformity duly reported within the terms, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement by MARRONE RACING TIRES SRL. In particular, the consumer has the right:
to repair or replace the goods, at his choice, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other; the requested remedy is excessively onerous when it imposes unreasonable costs on the seller compared to the alternatives, taking into consideration the value of the intact good, the extent of the defect and the possibility of resorting to alternative remedies without significant inconvenience for the consumer; in the alternative (where the first two remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, or have not been made within reasonable terms, or previous repairs or replacements have caused significant inconvenience to the consumer), to request a price reduction or termination of the contract.
